DOM SPECIALTY SEAFOOD Smoked Norwegian Steelhead Salmon is sold frozen and should be thawed in the refrigerator before use. Our salmon products can be enjoyed throughout the day: for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It can be served on its own, or can be complemented with lemon, capers, dill, red onion, and cream cheese; or with scrambled eggs, or salad.
Safe Handling Instructions
- Keep frozen prior to use.
- Thaw in refrigerator.
- Refrigerate leftovers if product has been at room temperature for less than 2 hours. Discard any product that has been at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
- Do not refreeze.
